The EMA Leadership Cohort Program was established in 2023. The program's goal is to create a leadership support opportunity for active elephant managers who are current and future leaders. Much like our mission, this program will focus on improving communication, education, and more, with direct mentorship among EMA members like you. This is a free program to EMA members because we believe that investing in our leaders advances the future for elephants around the world. Each cohort leadership class is chosen based on their commitment to elephants, their opportunity to influence the next generation, and the welcoming environment they create for us to collectively grow and share new ideas together. We focus on the soft skills that are recommended for managing people and discuss elephant management topics along the way.

Those interested in applying for this year's cohort must complete the application form and send any attachment to conference@elephantmanagers.com by November 15 of the preceding year. EMA Leadership Cohort Group participants will be notified by December 15 of the preceding year.
